Your client is Sam Which. A  person obsessed with grilled cheese and peanut butter sandwiches. He's finally raised enough capital to open up his dream bistro, a sandwich shop. But not just any ordinary sandwich shop but one that only makes grilled cheese and PB sandwiches.

Assignment
  • You will design a logo and menu that encapsulates this company

    • There must be a concept that goes with the idea of the company and the name of the bistro, "A Slice Above...and below"

    • You will create a logo that uses the name

    • You will create a menu that has the items from the document located here.

    • The menu should have the logo on it no larger than 2" located somewhere at the top.

      • There should be a theme of some sort, you create the theme​

      • It can be no larger than 8.5" x 14"

    • The logo will be due a week after being assigned with the menu the week after that

  • Create a page in Wix site titled "A Slice Above"

    • On that page you will

      • Write a paragraph detailing the design concept of the logo and how the menu carries that concept throughout

      • Insert an image of the menu on that page

  • Upload your menu and logo and any other items you design to Jupiter grades as a PDF

    • ​Include the written statement as a separate file

 

Requirements
  • Your designs must be on your wix.

    • The page must be called "A Slice Above"

    • There must be a summary explaining your design concepts

  • You must upload the files to Jupiter for grading​

    • The menu and the logo in their respective assignments​

    • A summary of the design concept must also be turned in with the menu

 

Description of Project

 

Students will create a page that contains a menu design for a new sandwich shop.
